Citing safety concerns due to the political unrest, Royal Caribbean
Cruise Line has indefinitely canceled all scheduled port calls in
Labadee, the company’s private beachfront area on the northern
coast of Haiti. The move will affect itineraries on five of the
company’s ships Voyager of the Seas, Explorer of the Seas,
Navigator of the Seas, Mariner of the Seas and Brilliance of the
Seas. A stop on Grand Bahama Island will be substituted for Labadee
on most sailings.
