Randolph Wilcott Joins Mandarin Oriental as DOSM

The Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas has named Randolph Wilcott its newest director of sales and marketing. One of only six triple Forbes Five-Star hotels in the U.S., the Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas is also the only one in the city with Five-Star recognition for its hotel, its Twist Restaurant and The Spa.

No newcomer to Mandarin Oriental, Wilcott assumes his new position following his tenure as director of sales and marketing for the hotel group’s Elbow Beach Bermuda resort, where he has worked since 2008. His career has spanned 31 years so far and includes work with such other five-star destinations as The Boca Raton Resort and Club, the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa, The GreenBrier Resort and the Wigwam Resort.

“We are delighted to welcome Randy to the Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas team,” said Clifford Atkinson, the hotel’s general manager. “He has an incredible track record with Mandarin Oriental and his extensive background in sales and marketing within the hotel industry is a significant asset.
