Travel Leaders unveiled enhancements to its customer lead generation program, Score. Score 2.0 will enable prospective clients to easily connect and engage with participating agents through the program’s new Agent Profiler, which will allow consumers to browse Travel Leaders agent specialists who most appeal to them through an agent’s knowledge, photos and biography. Through the Agent Profiler, agents can manage their employees skill sets, as well. Score 2.0 will also feature leading suppliers focused on top-selling destinations such as South America.
Travel Leaders also announced a new suite of technology offerings designed to reduce costs for its hundreds of franchisees: Managed Mid-Office and Mobile App Program. Travel Leaders Managed Mid-Office technology will offer quality control and auto-ticketing solutions, along with full in-house technology support. The Mobile App Program features a mobile app that Travel Leaders Associates (franchisees) can provide to corporate travel managers to track travelers, push interactive itineraries and notify travelers of potential issues during their trips.
