During the 2011 Travel Leaders National Meeting, held at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Travel Leaders honored this year’s Agency of Excellence award winners. This year, 24 agencies received the distinction, which recognizes leadership and business success.
“These Travel Leaders agencies represent the ‘best of the best’ across the U.S.,” said Roger E. Block, CTC, president of Travel Leaders Franchise Group. “They pride themselves on operating highly successful businesses while also making certain to surpass the expectations of their clients each and every day.”
Each Agency of Excellence recipient was scored in several categories that reflect business development; ability to market to local consumers; involvement in training programs as well as in local and national business networking meetings; and their overall promotion of the Travel Leaders brand.
Recipients of the 2011 Travel Leaders Agency of Excellence award include Colin Weatherhead of Tempe, Ariz.; Lois Van Dyck, Mike Van Dyck and Max Nelson of San Jose, Calif.; Richard Hertzog and Debbie Kirk of Lynnwood, Wash.; and Sondra Wilson, Julie Harrington and Teresa Arendt of Richland, Wash.
