Pandaw Cruises has announced that the company is in no way connected with Pandaw India, which is offering cruises on the Ganges River starting September 2010.
Last winter, Pandaw Cruises invested in setting up a river cruise operation in India and sent the Pandaw IV from Myanmar. Soon after the vessel’s arrival, the company says that a partner seized control of the ship. Pandaw Cruises is suing that partner, and says that a court injunction will stop Pandaw India from operating the vessel next season.
