Following its acquisition of now-defunct Crystal River Cruises’ former Crystal Mozart — now Riverside Mozart
— Riverside Luxury Cruises has announced that it has added the previous line’s Crystal Bach, Crystal Debussy, Crystal Mahler and Crystal Ravel to its fleet as well.
"We are thrilled by the expansion of our fleet to include these storied vessels," said Gregor Gerlach, founder of Riverside Luxury Cruises. "This acquisition allows us to expand our itinerary offerings, showcasing a level of space, personalized service and elegance not found with any other river cruise line.”
The newly renamed Riverside Ravel will journey on the Rhone and Saone rivers, featuring all of Southern France from Burgundy to Provence. Riverside Debussy will travel on the Rhine River, showcasing Amsterdam to Switzerland. The three ships — including Riverside Mozart on the Danube — will begin sailing again April 2023.
Riverside Bach and Riverside Mahler will come online in 2024, with their itineraries to be announced later this year.
Riverside will be defined by an exceptional crew-to-guest ratio, butler service, curated shore excursions, wellness offerings and fine dining.
