Getting on Track With Pleasant Holidays’ New Courses

May 23, 2010

Pleasant Holidays has introduced a new, free online training program exclusively for travel professionals, Training Resources to Achieve Continuing Knowledge (TRACK). The courses are designed to provide agents with the educational tools they need to increase sales and commissions with Pleasant Holidays and to help agents serve their clients better and more efficiently.

Courses are available at PleasantAgent.com, and they include both pre-scheduled live Webinars featuring Pleasant Holidays expert trainers and special guest speakers, and pre-recorded sessions that agents can take at leisure.

“In this highly competitive economic climate, it’s not just important to do more — you must know more in order to succeed,” said Jack E. Richards, president and CEO of Pleasant Holidays. “Most of these courses take only 30 minutes to complete. That’s a small investment of time that can pay great dividends for the travel agent.”

Through the end of the month, agents who complete a basic training course and successfully pass the final quiz receive 250 Travel Reward Incentive Program (TRIP) points. And, agents can earn up to 1,000 TRIP points when they successfully complete four designated TRACK courses — Sales Skills, PleasantAgent.com, PleasantActivities.com and Sun, Sand & Beyond.

TRACK launched on April 28 and will be an ongoing program offered year-round.
