A new Client Concierge program is available through the Globus Family of Brands’ Travel Agent Portal. Its new Client Concierge feature provides agency owners and managers valuable client and reservation data that is downloadable 24 hours a day.

“Client Concierge invites agents to quickly and easily manage their Globus Family of Brands bookings,” said Jennifer Halboth, director of marketing. “This program provides them with real-time reports to manage bookings, including offering them a current year bookings report, bookings without deposit overview and upcoming departures information.”

With the introduction of Client Concierge, Globus is also giving agents access to marketing and sales reports that will help agents create a communications plan for past Globus, Cosmos, Monograms and Avalon Waterways clientele. These reports feature a booking anniversaries tool and incorporate the results of their clients’ on-trip survey (information clients submitted on a previous Globus vacation). Survey data includes everything from insight into which destinations clients want to visit next to the types of travel experiences that spark their interests.

“We demoed Client Concierge and absolutely loved it,” said Brian Hurley, vice president, Vacation Travel Division, Fox World Travel. “Outbound sales and marketing is going to be a cornerstone of our 2010 marketing efforts, and the level of detail that Globus provides on our clients helps us plan ahead and pinpoint exactly who we need to be reaching out to and when.”
