The Lodge and Spa at Three Forks Ranch in Savery, Wyo., is offering all-inclusive packages for guests this winter. The lodge and spa, which is located along the border between Colorado and Wyoming border, is a working cattle ranch of more than 200,000 acres in size.
Within its spacious setting, the lodge and spa is able to offer a variety of outdoor winter activities, ranging from the mild to adventurous, almost all of which are included in the ranch’s new winter packages.
The new packages are available from Dec. 15 and March 15 and include all lodging, meals, round-trip transportation to Mount Werner Ski Area in Steamboat Springs, lift tickets, ski rentals, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, sleigh rides, spa access, shuttle services and more. When guests book a four-night stay, they will only have to pay for three of the nights (not valid Dec. 20- Jan. 3 and during the busy weeks of Dec.20-Jan. 3, guests who stay five nights get their last night free.
At the ranch, some 30 miles of alpine-forest trails are available for cross-country skiing, and trained experts can guide guests through the mountains. Downhill skiing is also available nearby at Steamboat Springs, a 75-minute drive away. The lodge also offers snowshoeing and snowmobiling, and miles of open powder await guests as they are guided through the backcountry. Day or evening pre-dinner sleigh rides through the forests led by Belgian Quarter horses and accompanied by hot toddies are also available to guests. For clients willing to pay extra, they can also try their hand at dog sledding with the help of lodge guides.
