Travaasa Experiential Resorts is partnering with Mokulele Airlines to give travelers easy access to its Travaasa Hana, Maui resort on the island's secluded eastern shoreline.
Beginning Oct. 1, 2012, Mokulele will operate twice-daily flights from Maui’s Kahului Airport to Hana Airport. Passengers will fly aboard a nine-seat Cessna Grand Caravan 208B and enjoy spectacular views during the 20-minute flight.
Ticket prices start at $59 each way.
In addition, Travaasa Hana, Maui is offering free flights for guests who book a three-night, all-inclusive resort package.

"Now, guests have a choice of experiencing the adventure and beauty of the road to Hana by car or flying into Hana in minutes and enjoying the coastline from aloft.”
The morning flight will depart Kahului Airport at 11:19 a.m. and arrive at Hana Airport at 11:40 a.m. It departs Hana at 12 noon, returning to Kahului at 12:21 p.m.
The afternoon flight departs Kahului at 4:14 p.m. arriving in Hana at 4:35 p.m. It leaves Hana at 4:55 p.m. and arrives back in Kahului at 5:16 p.m.
A restored Packard jitney operated by Travaasa Hana, Maui will meet both flights and shuttle passengers a short four-mile drive to the hotel.
Travaasa Hana, Maui, formerly the legendary Hotel Hana-Maui, offers a series of programs, many of which highlight Hawaii’s rich cultural heritage. Guests can enjoy activities such as throw net fishing, hula and ukulele lessons, stand-up paddle boarding, coastal horseback rides, coconut husking and morning yoga.
