Ohana Honolulu Airport Hotel welcomes

The Ohana Honolulu Airport Hotel has opened its doors to guests of a different breed of traveler: the family pet. Four-legged friends are greeted with a basket of treats and goodies including rolled-up sheets and face clothes, a plastic water bowl, bags for waste pick up, dog biscuits and a welcome letter.
The hotel sets a limit of two pets per room. To maintain a safe, clean hotel, clients pay a $10 daily service fee per animal and must follow important house rules at all times. Guests don't have to go very far to walk their best friend. Within the premises is the Doo Drop Inn, an enclosed grassy field transformed into a dog par.
“The Ohana Honolulu Airport Hotel is pleased to offer this new service so that our guests can enjoy and share their vacation with their best friends or favorite companions,” said Ohana Honolulu Airport Hotel general manager Robert McConnell.
With rates from $89 per night, the hotel provides affordable accommodations near the entrance to the Honolulu International Airport and a short drive from major military installations, including Hickam Air Force Base, Pearl Harbor Naval Station and Tripler Army Medical Center. Rooms come with complimentary high speed Internet access, free in-room coffee/tea service and free local newspaper. Other amenities include Willoughby's Restaurant, a swimming pool, sundries store, 24-hour reception desk and round-the-clock complimentary airport shuttle service.
