The Resort at Paws Up, in rural Greenough, Mont., is debuting two new culinary events in time for the summer season: Montana Master Grillers and Montana Long Table.
Montana Master Grillers will be taking place from May 25 to 28 over Memorial Day Weekend. The event is focused on outdoor dining in which guests will be treated to an assortment of beverages and grilled cuisine. The all-inclusive weekend, pairing food with accommodation and wilderness adventure activities, will allow guests to get up close with the renowned chefs of Paws Up. These chefs are famous for their grilled and BBQ cooking.
Meanwhile, Montana Longtable will be taking place on July 21. One enormous long table, set up on the vast grazing pastures near the resort’s restaurants, will be put up to seat all of the resort’s guests. The event is designed to pay homage to the indigenous peoples of Montana by tasting and sampling their distinctive, localized cuisine.
