Timbers Resorts recently announced the newest addition to its expanding portfolio, The Sebastian. Scheduled to welcome its first guests in December, Vail’s newest boutique resort and residence club boasts a number of attractive perks.
The 100-room, seven-suite and 36-unit private residence club comprise only one facet of the complete Preferred Hotel experience. In addition to a brand new 7,000-square-foot conference center and meeting facilities with expert support staff, hotel accommodations include Bloom, a destination spa; Frost Bar, which offers small bites and cocktails in contemporary setting; The Library, a year-round attraction and scholarly sanctuary; Market, an artisan deli and provisioner; and Block 16 which will feature seasonally inspired fare.
Easily accessible from the Eagle Vail Airport, The Sebastian also includes the private residence club which will be comprised of 36 two- and three-bedroom residences ranging from 1,300 to 1,850 square feet. Rates for a four-week membership start at $310,000 whereas an eight-week offering begins at $580,000 — both of which include membership in Timbers Collection.
