The Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown has named Susan Penman its director of group sales. In her new position, she will manage all group sales team efforts.
Penman recently served as the director of sales for the Madison Hotel in Washington D.C. and, before that, she was the regional director of sales for KSL Resorts.
