Hawaii regional carrier Island Air has appointed Candy Chung as director of guest services. After three years as a customer service agent at the Four Seasons Resort Lania at Manele Bay, Chung is prepared for her new role as an assistant to all Four Seasons Resorts Lanai guests traveling on Island Air.
“Candy is our first step in building a customer-focused company, and her background in Four Seasons Resorts training practices and standards is a great addition,” said Paul Casey, CEO of Island Air. “We are pleased to now provide Four Seasons Resorts Lanai guests with exceptional service that begins in Honolulu with Island Air.”
