After spending years as an international guide and team leader, Suzy Fragnoli has joined Abercrombie & Kent USA as director of product operations. In her new role, Fragnoli will support company products such as luxury small group tours and tailor-made journeys.
“Suzy brings a wealth of knowledge in developing travel programs with an emphasis on small group experiential travel,” said Richard Harris, senior vice president of operations and product with Abercrombie & Kent. “Her extensive experience working with companies that have a worldwide presence enables her to focus on delivering creativity, consistency and competiveness.”
