Luxury cruise line Regent Seven Seas Cruises has announced the name of its upcoming ship: Seven Seas Prestige. The vessel will be the first in the Prestige Class and the line’s first new ship series in 10 years. Seven Seas Prestige will launch in 2026 and will be followed by two sister ships in 2030 and 2033, respectively.
“This is a truly historic moment for Regent Seven Seas Cruises, as we name the next ship to join ‘The World’s Most Luxurious Fleet’ and reveal her sleek exterior design,” said Andrea DeMarco, former president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “Seven Seas Prestige continues our legacy of revolutionizing ultra luxury travel, as she will transcend luxury in every way.”
The Prestige Class ships follow Regent’s Explorer-Class vessels, which debuted in 2016, 2020 and 2023.

Initial Details
Details about Seven Seas Prestige are minimal so far, but we do know that the vessel will measure in at 77,000 tons and carry 850 guests, giving it one of the highest passenger-to-space ratios of any cruise ship.
"Unrivaled space at sea is a key pillar for Regent, and a primary desire for luxury travelers,” DeMarco said. “Seven Seas Prestige was designed with this in mind, maintaining the intimate and luxurious service our guests love, while also providing even more space throughout the ship, allowing for new suite categories and new experiences.”
Public spaces onboard will include multiple restaurants, bars and lounges, and specific dining experiences will be revealed soon. As for private accommodations, Seven Seas Prestige will introduce new category choices, as well as a grand reimagined Regent Suite.
Onboard Inclusions to Expect
Regent bundles more inclusions together than other luxury cruise lines, and Seven Seas Prestige will carry on that tradition Flights and transfers, all dining, fine wines and spirits will be included in rates, as will onboard entertainment, unlimited internet connectivity, valet, laundry, gratuities and pre-cruise hotel extensions (for guests in Concierge-level accommodations and above).
Dining Onboard Prestige
Favorite restaurants will be repeated on Prestige, which will tout a total of seven specialty venues and 11 dining experiences. Main restaurant Compass Rose will be reprised in a redesigned setting, as will be La Veranda buffet and Sette Mari at La Veranda for Italian cuisine. Prime 7 steakhouse, Chartreuse for French and Pacific Rim for pan-Asian will also be reprised.
Entirely new will be Azure, specializing in Mediterranean flavors spanning Moroccan, Spanish, Italian, Greek, Israeli and Lebanese dishes. Architecturally, the venue will mirror a Middle Eastern aesthetic with beautiful mosaics, clay pottery and dried flowers, as designed by Studio DADO.
“We wanted to capture a journey to the Levant, with its rich legacy of craftsmanship, ornamentation and the colors of the Mediterranean,” said Yohandel Ruiz, founding partner for Studio DADO. “It feels exotic but also comfortable and welcoming.”
The Culinary Arts Kitchen will be both interactive and scenic.

The ship’s Culinary Arts Kitchen will further enhance the dining experience, as well as special Epicurean Explorer Tours. In total, there will be 64 classes offered onboard and 25 excursions on shore developed by Kathryn Kelly, the line’s executive chef and director of culinary enrichment.
Two-hour courses will begin at $129 per person in the dedicated, pro-level cooking school facility, consisting of 18 individual stations surrounded by scenic floor-to-ceiling windows. The curriculum will include Argentine barbecue for grill enthusiasts and healthier Mediterranean fare from France, Greece, Italy and Spain, as well as featured flavors from Latin America, Australia and more.
“Our goal is to give guests the opportunity to explore cuisines, ingredients and culinary traditions inspired by the destinations we visit, while enjoying a fun, social environment where stories and experiences are shared,” Kelly said. “Along the way, we introduce the techniques professional chefs use every day, helping guests build a repertoire of recipes and skills they can confidently recreate at home. Designed to appeal to a wide range of tastes and abilities, our classes welcome everyone from enthusiastic beginners to experienced home cooks, all delivered in one of the most sophisticated teaching kitchens at sea.”
Among the available culinary tours (also limited to 18 or fewer participants) will be a Chef-Led Market Tour & Tapas excursion in Bilbao, Spain; a Chef-Led Gastronomy Tour & Tapas Lunch in Barcelona; and a Chef-Led Market Tour, Olive Farm & Tapas experience in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
Starlight Atrium and Galileo’s Bar
The first details and interior renderings to emerge for Prestige are of the stellar Starlight Atrium and Galileo’s Bar, both designed by acclaimed Studio Dado.

Credit: 2025 Regent Seven Seas CruisesIn the case of the atrium, a very bold visual statement will be made with double-decker twin spiral staircases crowned by alcoves leading up to Deck 11 and punctuated by a glass roof.
“The Starlight Atrium is where the grandeur of Renaissance architecture meets modern luxury, creating a space that feels both timeless and contemporary,” said Yohandel Ruiz, founding partner of Studio Dado. “Our goal was to get people to stop in their tracks, awe-struck by its sheer scale and magnificence."
Besides its beautiful form, the atrium will function as the location for the concierge and reception desks, as well as a central axis to the casino, the Prestige Lounge, the Meridian Lounge, Coffee Connection and Galileo’s Bar, named in a nod to soon-departing Seven Seas Navigator. The elegant, complimentary watering hole will serve the Prestige Lounge and the casino with a contemporary, oil-painting-style ceiling; limestone-textured walls; fluted fixtures; jewelry-like sconces; and a dramatic striped floor, all stretching to the atrium’s sinuous staircases.

Classic suite categories, from 285-square-foot Deluxe Veranda Suites to 2,037-square-foot Signature Suites, will be reprised on Prestige. Additionally, several inaugural suite varieties will be introduced, including double-decker loft offerings. All will be designed by acclaimed Studio Dado.

Joining the existing collection of accommodations will be six Skyview Suites sized between 1,325 and 2,024 square feet; they will be located on decks 14 and 15 and have their own terrace deck, accessible by private elevator. Each residential-style suite will feature a “unique layout and character,” according to the line, not the least of which is the terrace deck itself, which will come complete with jetted tubs, shade and the opportunity for al fresco dining.
Another four new 856-square-foot Grand Loft Suites will comprise two levels and offer floor-to-ceiling windows for expansive views from the upstairs loft bedroom. And, measuring in at 600 to 726 square feet, will be 15 Horizon Penthouse Suites. These will include a distinct bedroom, bathroom and living area, plus (in some instances) an oversized balcony up to 263 square feet in size with its own sofa, loungers and dining area.

The creme de la creme of accommodations on Prestige will be the palatial Skyview Regent Suite, measuring in at four times the size of the average home in the U.S., or 8,794 square feet. It is considered to be the largest all-inclusive luxury cruise ship suite of all time. The $25,000-per-night suite will span two decks at the top of the ship for its two bedrooms, walk-in closet, two and a half bathrooms, living room, dining area, dedicated bar, private gym and sauna, plus expansive wraparound balcony space, all accessed by a floating staircase and in-suite elevator. The room will also come with exclusive access to The Study, a private dining room for up to 12 people, situated between Chartreuse and Prime 7. The suite itself will accommodate up to six guests.
Sleep Experience
Making the highest categories onboard — Seven Seas Suites and above — even more indulgent will be Leonardo Sleep Systems from the Italian sleep specialists at Flou. A crafted collection of bed bases, mattresses, top mattresses and pillows will result in decadent but balanced bedding.

The top-tier Skyview Regent Suite, specifically, will have a bespoke 7-by-7-foot mattress comprised of natural antibacterial silver thread and more than 10,000 micro pocket springs supporting half a dozen temperature-controlling layers, creating a “memory” effect that adapts to sleepers. Full-grain leather and fine woods will accent the bed, in addition to a curated menu of select pillows and linens.
