Pan Pacific Singapore recently appointed Craig Cook as its executive assistant manager and Alexandra Schmutterer as its director of marketing communications. Cook and Schmutterer will support general manager, Scott Swank, in the hotel’s daily operations.
“Both positions are key to the operations and development of the organization,” said Swank. “With Craig and Alexandra continuing to helm the organization in their new positions, we are assured of the strong leadership required to drive the hotel to greater successes.”
Prior to his new position, Cook was the executive assistant manager of Dubai’s Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel and has more than 10 years of international experience in key positions for upscale hotel brands.
