Aqua Debuts Travel Agent Website

Jul 26, 2013

As part of its recent rebranding efforts, Aqua Hospitality recently launched a new website for travel agents. Calling on cutting-edge technology, it was designed to help travel agents navigate through Aqua’s diverse collection of 23 properties and three hotel brands.

A key component of the site is the new Q University, a travel agent certification course where agents can learn about the company’s brands, key selling points, target markets and Hawaii destination information. Each agent who passes the course is certified as an Aqua Agent Q and is entered in a quarterly drawing to win hotel stays.

Participating agents can also access exclusive promotions like booking bonuses and Q Rewards, a loyalty program earning them free hotel stays for their bookings.

“Travel agents are an important link to our customers and we want to help them be as informed and up-to-date as possible about our hotel group,” said Elizabeth Churchill, senior vice president of sales and marketing for the Hawaii-based management company.

“We’ve designed the website to be an easy and interactive tool for agents, so they can stay current with hotel information and ultimately best match Aqua properties to their customers’ needs,” Churchill said.

Aqua’s hotel brands include the Monogram Hotel Collection for travelers seeking highly personalized experiences; Aqua Hotels and Resorts for guests in the market for stylish accommodations, service and value; and Lite Hotels for economy-minded clients looking for the fundamentals.
