Iberostar Hotels & Resorts is offering free weddings at its Grand Collection properties, and in Mexico, that includes the Iberostar Grand Hotel Paraiso in the Riviera Maya. In addition to the amenities the resort already offers, such as all-inclusive meals, premium liquors and nonmotorized sports, the Free Wedding Package includes minister fees; flowers for the bride and groom; a wedding cake; a champagne toast; a complimentary room for the groom the night before the wedding; a free room upgrade for the wedding couple; and 10 percent off spa services for the wedding couple. Food and beverage is allotted for 10 people, and larger events will incur an additional cost.
In order for the couple to take advantage of the package, they must book five rooms or more for three nights or more, or book a Grand Oceanfront Room for more than seven nights.
Bookings can be made through tour operators or Iberostar.com. There is no booking deadline, however, the packages are subject to availability, with blackout dates and restrictions.
