Location and History
Komandoo Island Resort is located at the Lhaviyani Atoll, about a 40-minute seaplane flight from Male International Airport.
The resort is very conscious of sustainability and the environment, so they have placed a green club bag in each room for guests to use to take back all the plastic bottles they use. Besides, Komandoo produces its own electricity, and solar energy is used to heat water for all the guest accommodations except the water villas.
