Location and History

Originally opened in 1865, the Hotel Cafe Royal has been a high-society cafe and a decadent nightclub, playing host to the likes of Oscar Wilde, Virginia Woolf and David Bowie, and was a favorite lunch venue of Winston Churchill and Princess Diana.
