Welcoming guests since 1973, Baros was the third resort to open in the Maldives.

The resort is conveniently located only 25 minutes by speedboat from the international airport, in the south of North Male Atoll. Male, the capital of the Maldives, is visible on the horizon from one side of the island, and there is the occasional sound of a plane. Despite that, the resort is a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the capital city.
