- Reservation Policy: Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card
- Deposit Policy: First nights accommodation must be paid before 18:00 pm of first days arrival
- SUN1 Midrand Cancellation Policy: Unpaid reservations are cancelled by 6 pm date of arrival
- Restrictions: Only 3 people per room sharing
