Location and History

Opened in 2019, the Dream Nashville reimagines two historic landmark buildings steeped in history. The two buildings, the Climax Saloon from 1887 and the Utopia Hotel from 1890, were used as the redevelopment's foundation. Both are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Design throughout pays tribute to Printers Alley's colorful past. It was a nightlife hub back in the day and is still hopping today.
