A half-block to Rue St-Honore, two blocks north of the Tuileries and the same west of Place Vendome, this revved-up classic is a conservative version of Hotel Costes, with cloying service and a trio of tempting treats: a lovely dining room, a gracious garden, and a bar that brings in locals with its festive atmosphere. This standout boutique-hotel is superbly located on the ritzy Right Bank, and its high rates reflect this.
