Located in the hip Pearl District (duly noted on the marquee), just north of the action and across I-35, 2 miles north of the Alamo, this hotel is the centerpiece of this burgeoning off-center neighborhood.

Once a landmark brewery, housed in a dreamy gothic-inspired building with cupolas and character-filled common areas, Hotel Emma may be slightly off center, but it is one of the city's top design-hotels.
