This is a convention beehive if there ever was one. Its harborside location creates a question mark for tourists, as it is on the wrong side of the Gardiner Expressway, though close to the ferries.

The lakeside, landmark twin towers are joined by vast public areas and a parking lot. Many of the rooms face the lake but some guests find the walk to the city center just too far, especially in cold winter weather.
