Wyndham Hotels and Resorts recently opened the first phase of Koloa Landing at Poipu Beach, the chain's first property in Hawaii. Located on the south side of Kauai and a short walk from Poipu Beach, the luxury condominium resort currently features 85 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom high-end residences that are available for booking. Billed as the largest guest accommodations on the island, the units feature exotic hardwoods and stones, top-of-the-line appliances, high-tech capabilities and custom artwork and furnishings. The current phase also includes lagoon pools, a fitness center, a marketplace and a sundry shop. Eventually, the resort will add more units, pools, restaurants and a day spa.
