Signature Travel Network (STN) has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles, securing the 10th position among medium-size companies. The ranking was determined by the 18th-annual program organized by the Los Angeles Business Journal and Workforce Research Group.

The program aims to identify and honor employers in Los Angeles that contribute positively to the county's economy, workforce and businesses. To be eligible, companies needed to meet several criteria, including having at least 15 full- or part-time permanent employees in Los Angeles County, maintaining a physical operation in the county, and having been in business for at least one year.

The evaluation process consisted of two parts: an assessment of each company's benefits, policies, practices, and demographics (worth approximately 20% of the total score), and an anonymous employee survey measuring the employee experience (worth approximately 80%). Workforce Research Group managed the registration, survey process, data analysis, and final rankings.

"My journey with Signature has been truly transformative,” said KM Wiley, human resources generalist at STN. “Being part of this team has profoundly reshaped my understanding of what it means to be recognized as a Best Place to Work. This accolade is a true testament to the exceptional culture we've cultivated at Signature Travel Network."

"Signature Travel Network feels like being part of an extended family, where the genuine care and support among colleagues go beyond our professional roles,” said JulieAnne Howe, manager of training and development. “This organization not only fuels my passion for travel but also a feeling of deep connection to the industry as we carry out our mission of serving travel agencies and our partner companies."

The final rankings were revealed at an event on Aug. 7, 2024. This recognition follows several recent initiatives by Signature Travel Network, including the acquisition of the nonprofit Pack for a Purpose, the conclusion of its 2024 regional events and the launch of a luxury cruise program in Australia and New Zealand.
