Travel Edge Network, a leading luxury host agency, has revealed the winner of its recent "Big Ticket" social media campaign, which was aimed at identifying, inspiring and training new travel advisors.

The "Big Ticket" contest took place across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok and YouTube, and attracted a broad audience passionate about travel and eager to explore careers as travel professionals. Jonathan Lim of Alpharetta, Georgia, emerged as the victor following a social media contest.

Entrants were tasked with submitting a 60-second video detailing a memorable travel experience and expressing their aspirations to become Travel Edge Network advisors. From a pool of nearly 300 submissions, Travel Edge selected three finalists to undergo a 30-minute interview process.

It was so gratifying to see the response to this campaign and the interest from people with such diverse backgrounds who want to consider a career in travel.

"It was so gratifying to see the response to this campaign and the interest from people with such diverse backgrounds who want to consider a career in travel," said Andrew Pilkington, president of Travel Edge Network. “Ultimately, we thought Jonathan best represented the characteristics for a great travel advisor: someone who is passionate about travel as evidenced by his love for photography and ability to create insightful content for his followers."

As the "Big Ticket" winner, Lim will receive comprehensive mentoring and training around travel planning, and he will serve as a brand ambassador, generating engaging content to showcase the benefits of being part of Travel Edge Network.
