At Virtuoso’s recent 2013 Symposium in Buenos Aires, the company welcomed more than 400 travel agency members and preferred travel providers for a week of industry meetings designed to elevate Virtuoso client experiences.
At the Symposium, Virtuoso announced a fundamental shift in its business approach, moving the brand toward direct-to-consumer in order to help grow business for its member agencies and preferred suppliers. To this end, the company has engaged in two significant projects: a complete overhaul of Virtuoso’s website and a project to compile and evaluate customer transactions. The new website will include an advisor catalog, product catalogs, travel content from Virtuoso Life magazine and verified ratings and reviews.
