CCRA Travel Solutions recently surveyed travel agents via the CCRA Travel Agent Blog to find out their top New Year’s resolutions for making their travel business more successful in 2014. The top three answers included hiring additional staff; using social media to increase their online presence and build their brand; and taking more agent fam and personal trips to improve their travel planning skills and destination knowledge. Other travel agent contest submissions described plans to build more relationships with local businesses, enhance agency websites and set aside more time to contact previous clients.
