In response to feedback from travel agents, tour operator Collette has launched its first e-learning program, Collette University. The program consists of courses that agents can complete through Collette’s agent portal, Gateway, from the comfort of their home or office.
Why It Matters:Previously, Collette offered only PDFs to share incentives, general information for the year and discounts with agent partners. Through Collette University, travel agents have access to more in-depth information about the company. Modules cover Collette’s product lines, special brochure offerings and beyond.
Additionally, program users will have exclusive access to co-branded marketing materials, along with the opportunity to earn more through travel credits. Once agents have completed all coursework, they will be deemed Collette Specialists and be given priority selection on fam tours and exclusive personal discounts.
