Guests at select Kimpton Hotels can now wind down each evening with a complimentary adult beverage and snack. The new Nightcap Program is currently available at 17 properties, though each hotel is encouraged to design its pairing in a way that reflects the destination and its citzens.
Drinks will range from traditional liqueurs such as brandy and cognac to more contemporary creations. Snacks might include cookies, cheeses, chocolates or nuts. Most locations will offer their daily treat between 9 and 10:30 p.m.
Participating hotels currently include Surfcomber in South Beach, Fla., Hotel Allegro in Chicago and Hotel Monaco Denver. More Kimpton properties are expected to offer the perk by the end of the year.
“The nightcap program allows us to honor a much-loved tradition and to innovate how we interact with our guests,” said Emily Wines, master sommelier and senior director of national beverage programs for Kimpton. “It will be fun to see how different hotels bring this to life.”
