Representatives can answer questions, discuss pricing, offer suggestions on vacation package options and more.
- The text-message service offers agents the opportunity to connect with a representative once payment of their client’s vacation package has processed. The text service can be used for simple or last-minute questions and will be answered in a timely fashion. When final payment is applied, agents will receive a code enabling the text-message service.
