Delta Air Lines followed closely in second place with 86.85 points, earning praise for its in-flight entertainment, which scored 2.93 out of five — the highest in the country. Hawaiian Airlines rounded out the top three, with 86.08 points and the highest average customer rating, 4.46 out of five.

By understanding passenger preferences and prioritizing key factors like cabin service and in-flight amenities, airlines can enhance their offerings and boost customer satisfaction.

At the other end of the spectrum, Frontier Airlines received the lowest score, just 4.53 out of 100, with an average customer rating of 1.77 out of five. Spirit Airlines, which ranked 10th  on the list, came in with a score of 16.08.

Other airline rankings include:

- Southwest Airlines came in fourth with 82.93 points, scoring highest for value (2.57 out of five).

- JetBlue Airways placed fifth with 65.26 points, earning the second-highest rating for in-flight entertainment.

- United Airlines was No. 6 on the list, with a final score of 49.94.

- American Airlines ranked ninth, with a score of 35.54.
