This month, Crystal Cruises unveils a new fitness system for Crystal Symphony featuring equipment provided by Technogym, the official equipment supplier for Olympic games and World Cup events. The new fitness system is part of a 19-day, $20 million-plus dry dock for Symphony. The facilities include indoor and outdoor components, with new equipment in the indoor fitness center and an outdoor fitness garden on Decks 7, 8 and 12 that include more than a dozen glass-blasted, stainless-steel pieces of equipment from Danish innovator Norwell Outdoor Fitness. Guests of all fitness levels can familiarize themselves with the high-tech equipment in a 25-minute, self-guided Movement Journey consisting of a circuit training regimen unique to Crystal, complete with warm-up and cool-down phases.
The Symphony’s 360-degree Promenade Deck on Deck 7 will continue to offer several open-air fitness options, including Walk on Water and Nordic Walking programs.
