New Starwood Maui Shuttle

Dec 06, 2006

Starwood Maui’s three resorts have just unveiled a new, complimentary guest shuttle service, which takes guests to and from the old whaling town of Lahaina. Guests of the Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Sheraton Maui Resort and the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas will enjoy this new amenity, which is in addition to the current guest shuttle that transports guests exclusively between the three resorts.

The new shuttle route will stop once an hour at each stop, beginning at the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort at 9:05 am, onto Sheraton Maui, The Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Lahaina Cannery Mall, the Lahaina Wharf Center and then Hilo Hattie’s at the Lahaina Town Center. The last shuttle pick-up in Lahaina is 9:45 pm from Hilo Hattie’s. The complimentary shuttle is for registered Starwood Maui resort guests only and riders will be asked to show their room key prior to boarding.

The existing Starwood Maui Resort Shuttle continues to be a continuous loop between the three Starwood Maui resorts and runs from 8 am until 10 pm daily.

Located on 12 oceanfront acres directly on Kaanapali Beach, The Westin Maui Resort & Spa is nestled between the shimmering Pacific Ocean and verdant West Maui Mountains. Each of the renovated 758 guest rooms and suites feature Westin’s signature Heavenly Baths and Heavenly Beds.

Privately nestled at historic Black Rock, Sheraton Maui Resort rests on 23 lush acres at Kaanapali Beach. The oceanfront resort features 510 guest rooms, a 142-yard natural lagoon pool, full salon and day spa, a fitness center, and world-class snorkeling at Black Rock. Embracing the rich culture of Hawaii, Sheraton celebrates each evening with a traditional cliff dive ceremony.

Located on 14 oceanfront acres of North Kaanapali Beach, The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas provides an idyllic getaway resort experience. The spacious and stylishly furnished villas offer Westin standards such as the Heavenly Bed and Heavenly Baths, but also include separate whirlpool tubs, private lanai’s, fully equipped kitchen and washers and dryers. The resort also offers outdoor grilling areas, a multitude of ocean water sports, Westin Workout facility and large tropical pool with waterslide.
