Carnival Cruise Line has expanded its Funnel Faves initiative, introducing a consolidated system that merges advisor rewards, training resources and engagement tools into one platform. The line's previous Loyalty Rocks program has been retired and folded into the newly created Funnel Faves Advisor Rewards Program.

Advisors can access the new program through GoCCL.com, which has been updated with a redesigned homepage and streamlined navigation meant to make entering bookings, locating training materials and finding business resources more straightforward.

"Travel advisors are at the heart of great vacations and everything we do," said Janet Wygert, senior vice president of trade sales and marketing. "Funnel Faves was created to recognize the incredible impact travel advisors have on our business and the experiences they help create for our guests. By expanding the program, we're making it even easier for advisors to connect with Carnival, access valuable resources and be recognized for their continued partnership."

To mark the platform's launch, Carnival is holding a Double Points Week from July 20 to July 26, 2026. Advisors who register through GoCCL.com during that period will receive double points on qualifying bookings made within the promotional window with a cap of 1000 bonus points per advisor. Terms and additional details are posted on the site.

Carnival is also adding new Funnel Faves branded merchandise to its rewards catalog citing demand from advisors for such items. Through August 20, 2026, these new products will be available at half their standard point cost. Beyond the promotion, advisors can accumulate points throughout the year via qualifying bookings, completion of Learn & Earn training bonus campaigns and other program activities.

Funnel Faves debuted in summer 2025 and has expanded since then to include programming such as extended ship tours, Seminars at Sea and the Partners in Paradise initiative, all of which are intended to deepen advisor familiarity with Carnival's offerings.
