Windstar Cruises has announced its 2026 European voyages, featuring a number of new itineraries and ports of call. The luxury small-ship cruise line is introducing 15 new itineraries and 34 first-time ports, along with an expanded selection of Star Collector sailings.

A highlight of the new offerings is the "Around Iceland: A Total Solar Eclipse" voyage, scheduled for August 12, 2026. This sailing will position guests in the path of totality for the celestial event.

The company is also launching an extensive 81-day "2026 Grand Europe Adventure" Star Collector voyage. Beginning in Helsinki, Finland on July 14, 2026, this journey will visit 20 countries and 67 ports before concluding in Athens, Greece.

"Our year-round cruises in the Mediterranean and Europe have more small-ship only destinations than ever before," said Jess Peterson, Windstar's itinerary planner. "We've designed these voyages with a focus on regional exploration, so that means more overnight stays and off-the-beaten-path experiences to help give you a deeper, more genuine look at some of Europe's best spots."

New itineraries include a 7-night Atlantic France cruise, an 8-night Northern Spain & Portugal voyage and an 8-night exploration of Norway's southern coastline. The company is also introducing sailings focused on less-visited Greek islands, tulip season in Holland and Belgium and southern Italy's Calabria and Puglia regions.

Windstar's expanded offerings include new cruise tours from Madrid and a circumnavigation of Ireland. The line is also introducing voyages that explore the Aeolian Islands and Northern Greece, including opportunities to visit the Meteora Monasteries from the port of Volos.

To complement these new itineraries, Windstar is developing a range of shore excursions designed to offer unique local experiences, such as chocolate-making in Bruges, Belgium, and learning to play the lyra in Thessaloniki, Greece.
