11.28-12.1: Thanksgiving Dinner and Holiday Crafts Fair. At Hilton Waikoloa Village’s Thanksgiving buffet, clients load their plates, listen to live music and savor a special day with loved ones. A weekend crafts fair kick-starts the holidays with a sea of creations by island artisans.

11.6-9: Poipu Food and Wine Festival. Kauai bounty takes center stage at this south shore spree. An afternoon farmers market at Shops at Kukuiula honors what’s fresh, followed by cooking demos, a street food soiree and a night market with appetizers, beer and wine.

11.3-9: Restaurant Week Wailea. At Maui’s destination resort of Wailea, outstanding eateries offer three-course, prix fixe dinner menus for just $29-$59 per person. Throughout the week, clients can feel good knowing their participation results in contributions to the Maui Food Bank.
