Earning miles takes the sting out of spending money and, the easier and more lucrative the process, the better. With that in mind, Hawaiian Airlines recently expanded and improved its HawaiianMiles frequent-flyer program, making it faster and simpler than ever to rack up award travel with the Honolulu-based carrier.
The program has added hundreds of new online and in-store products and services that consumers can take advantage of while accumulating precious miles.
“We are committed to constantly improving the quality of our products and services for customers, especially for our loyal HawaiianMiles members,” said Hawaiian Airlines president Mark Dunkerley. “We have raised the bar even higher in providing our members with more buying power and new ways to earn miles for travel and other rewards.”
Featuring top-of-the-line technologies, Hawaiian’s newly redesigned website for HawaiianMiles members showcases several mileage-earning opportunities in a user-friendly format.
Among the new HawaiianMiles features that members can access is the rewards toolbar, allowing them to earn miles while searching online for participating product partners. Also new is an online gift card mall, where members can buy gift cards online from brand-name retailers and earn miles with their purchase.
Additionally, the new program presents a map search feature designed to make it easier for members to look for partners and products by category or location. It includes built-in links to Facebook and Twitter so they can share this information with their network of friends and associates.
The HawaiianMiles program has tripled the number of available online retail partners to more than 1,000 participants, and it’s now offering more special promotions and bonus-mile earning opportunities for members when making purchases.
Members can continue to take advantage of existing HawaiianMiles services. Among them is the XtraMiles initiative, providing up to five miles per dollar spent when using a Hawaiian Airlines Visa card at participating partner outlets in Hawaii and on the U.S. mainland.
Free membership enrollment in HawaiianMiles is done online on the carrier’s web site. New members can enroll and immediately start earning miles and take advantage of other rewards benefits.
