Say your clients are looking for a last-minute year-end tropical getaway. Or maybe they’re already tired of winter and are ready for a sunny trip to a warm climate in early 2015.

Either way, Kauai’s resorts are ready to help make your clients’ vacation dreams come true. The properties are currently promoting a great selection of value-added packages so that travel agents can seal the deal on vacations taken before or after the new year.

Here’s a list of enticing hotel and condominium offers for experiencing Kauai at reduced rates. All of the following are commissionable to travel agents.

Aston Islander on the Beach
Aston has extended the deadline on its fall special into the new year to allow clients some flexibility in their travel schedules. Providing 15 percent off Aston’s best daily rates, the package starts at $115 per night. Guests get free parking, Wi-Fi access and use of the fitness center and tennis court.

Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa
For clients who want to start 2015 with a trip to Kauai, this south shore resort is promoting its Sunshine on Sale package. The offer provides every fifth night free and daily breakfast buffet for two.

Hanalei Colony Resort
Here’s an ideal solution for a getaway before the holiday hubbub begins: The north shore condominium resort’s fall special starts at $240 per night for oceanview suites, one-third less than the usual rate. Guest also get the seventh night free and discounts at the spa, coffeehouse and restaurant.

Kauai Marriott Resort
Starting at $279 per night, the aptly named Fun in the Sun Kauai package provides guests with sunscreen, pool floats, tropical drinks, two sun-protective shirts, reduced rates on a kayak tour and a discount on stand-up paddleboard rentals after clients have taken a lesson.

Kauai Shores, an Aqua Hotel
Here’s another fall special that has been extended into the new year. This east Kauai property is cutting its best available rates by 15 percent, and guests receive a free daily continental breakfast. Kauai Shores features newly renovated rooms with cheery decor, free Wi-Fi and private lanais.

Koa Kea Hotel & Resort
This south Kauai property has three ongoing packages. Isle See You at Poipu cuts nightly rack rates by roughly $100. Tropical Desire starts at $615 per night; included is daily breakfast with mimosas, dinner for two, a rental car and either a couples massage or an adventure tour for two. The romance package, nightly from $359, provides champagne on arrival and breakfast for two.

Outrigger Kiahuna Plantation
Travel agents can experience this property firsthand before the holidays and pay reduced rates from $109 per night. The south Kauai condominiums have a great location, right on Poipu Beach. The one- and two-bedroom units come with full kitchens and private lanais.

Sheraton Kauai Resort
Steps from Poipu Beach, Sheraton Kauai is encouraging last-minute fall travel with its Paradise Sale, including reduced rates and a daily buy one, get one free breakfast buffet at Lava’s restaurant. Accommodations with a garden view start at $229 per night, with deluxe oceanfront rooms from $329.

St. Regis Princeville Resort
For clients searching for a luxurious getaway before Christmas, here’s an option on Kauai’s north shore. Called Taste of Luxury, the package offers the fourth night free and daily breakfast at Makana Terrace. Rates start at $625 per night.

Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas
Kauai’s north shore sets the stage for this upscale resort. The Endless Escape promotion provides a daily breakfast buffet for two at Nanea Restaurant and Bar. Rates start at $315 per night for a deluxe island-view Studio Villa.
