Spring-Tacular Savings in Hawaii with Castle Resorts

Feb 15, 2011
With winter storms coating various states on the U.S. mainland in layers upon layers of snow, there’s no better time to book an island getaway to melt away the winter blues.  Major storms this season have set snowfall records, closing airports and schools, clogging highways, and causing sweeping power outages.  Lucky for the weather-weary, Castle Resorts & Hotels has unveiled its seasonal “Spring-tacular Savings” promotion with up to fifty percent discounts at twenty of its Hawaii properties.  After months of snow shoveling, travelers will surely welcome warmth and sunshine, and with Spring-tacular Savings at Castle, they’ll be able to book a vacation at great value.

The spring months of April, May, and June are filled with activities that cater to all types of travelers.  Active athletes can participate in the North Shore Marathon or the Honolulu Triathlon on the island of Oahu.  Music lovers can enjoy the Hawaiian slack key guitar and ukulele festival on Kauai.   Cultural enthusiasts won’t want to miss the annual Merrie Monarch Festival on Hawaii’s Big Island.  Film buffs can look forward to the Maui Film Festival.  And coffee connoisseurs can indulge in rich espresso on the 500-acre Molokai Coffee Plantation.  There’s something for everybody.

Castle’s collection of hotels and all-suite condominium resorts are located in prime locations on or near beaches and popular island attractions. Accommodations range from budget-friendly to luxurious, each with an atmosphere as relaxed as the local culture itself -- all combine value, convenience, and genuine island hospitality.

The following are sample room-only prices during Spring-tacular Savings promotion – Castle Waikiki Shore, the only deluxe condominium property located on world famous Waikiki Beach, offers prices starting at $175 for a studio or an one-bedroom oceanview suite with full kitchen priced at only $246 per night; Guests will rest easy at the Castle Kamaole Sands on South Maui for just $145 per night in a one-bedroom suite; Castle Kiahuna Plantation offers the best condo value on sandy Poipu Beach on Kauai, starting at $179 per night in a one-bedroom suite; the Halii Kai at Waikoloa on Hawaii’s Big Island offers luxurious 2-bedroom 2-bath villas starting at $275 per night. Castle Resorts & Hotels also partners with preferred wholesalers, such as Pleasant Holidays, Apple Vacations, Blue Sky Tours, MLT Vacations and All About Travel on air-inclusive packages that are affordable during spring and early summer travel.

In addition to these deals, Castle is rewarding those lending a hand to make these getaways happen. Castle is offering a $50 Cash Bonus to travel agents for each booking of 5 nights or more at the following properties:  Halii Kai at Waikoloa, Kiahuna Plantation, The Lotus at Diamond Head, Poipu Shores, and Waikiki Shore.  The 5-for-50 travel agent cash incentive program is valid for stays April through June 2011. Full details can be found at: www.CastleTravelAgents.com

During the most recent winter storm, after leaving an elevated train in Philadelphia, commuter Elliott Self said on Wednesday January 26, "I just want the snow to stop. I want the sun again. I want to feel just a little bit of warmth,"

Hawaii just might be the perfect antidote for winter.

Spring-tacular Savings prices are valid between April 1 and June 30, 2011.  For more information, visit www.CastleResorts.com or call toll free 1-800-367-5004 from the United States and Canada.
