The change of seasons in Hawaii may be subtle in terms of weather, but when it comes to travel, there’s never a better time to save money than in the fall. In response to the traditional dip in visitor counts through early December, hotels have conjured up creative ways to boost their occupancies through value-added packages.

That’s good news for travelers who want to see Hawaii without breaking the bank. Whether clients prefer to stay in luxury resorts or opt for more moderate properties, here are some great visitor accommodation deals for autumn 2018.

Hawaii Island
Fairmont Orchid, Hawaii gives travelers a chance to savor oceanfront accommodations at reduced rates with its Fifth Night Free package. Clients who book the deal get daily buffet breakfast for two — a $70 value — and the fifth night free. From $339 per night, the promotion runs through Dec. 20.

Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, a Kohala Coast icon, invites clients to visit at a discount with its Seventh Night Free package. If guests book a suite as part of the initiative, they also get breakfast buffet access for two. The deal, available through Dec. 14, starts at $625 per night for rooms and $1,470 for suites.

Its Say Aloha to Your Next Adventure package encourages just that by providing free breakfast and exclusive discounts on local activities like jeep tours and zipline adventures. It’s good until Dec. 22, with nightly rates from $249.

Clients can experience it courtesy of the Stay and Play golf package, which is available through Dec. 15. With rates from $1,425 per night, it includes three rounds of golf per person, round-trip airport transfers and daily breakfast.
