Hilo Naniloa Hotel is offering guests a free round of golf through Dec. 14, 2014. Also included in the promotion are free golf club rentals, an additional nine holes of golf for $10 per person and cart rentals at $10 for nine holes and $15 for 18 holes.
Located across the street from the hotel, the nine-hole Naniloa Golf Course overlooks Hilo Bay. Open daily, it offers golf lessons, a putting green and driving range. Guests can line up tee times when checking into the hotel.
Part of Lite Hotels, a division of Aqua Hospitality, the 383-room beachfront Hilo Naniloa is about to embark on a major renovation during which the hotel will remain open. When finished, the property will emerge as an environmentally friendly, marine art-themed resort.
