Outrigger Napili Shores is bringing something new to the menu with Southern-style restaurant Iron Imu BBQ. The hotel puts a tropical spin on comfort food favorites such as slow-smoked brisket, chorizo-stuffed smoked chicken, pulled pork, butter-boiled shrimp and fresh blackened fish. Iron Imu BBQ started in 2009 as a mobile catering service, and has now opened as a family-friendly establishment, conveniently located in the Outrigger lobby on the south side of beautiful Napili Bay. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere and also provides a to-go service.
