Kapalua's Newest Oceanfront Resort

Feb 03, 2014

Imagine whale watching from the comfort of your private lanai, while absorbing the radiant island sunsets at the close of each day.

The newest member of Preferred Hotels in Hawaii, the Residences at Kapalua Bay is ideally located on the Island of Maui, within the world-renowned Kapalua Resort. The 24-acre, oceanfront resort is steps above the coveted Kapalua Bay Beach and offers unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, and the Islands of Lana’i and Moloka’i.

Accommodations

The resort features an unparalleled collection of luxurious one, two and three bedroom luxury suites, ranging from 1,250 square feet to 2,400 square feet.

These well-appointed suites include spacious kitchens with top of the line appliances such as Sub Zero refrigerators, Wolf flat top ranges, front-loading, high-performance washer and dryers, wine refrigerators and Bose entertainment centers.

Each suite also features a spacious living room, large private lanai, elegant master suites and gracious bathrooms.

About the Residences at Kapalua Bay

Guests will fall in love with the one-of-a-kind, 8,500-square-foot lagoon pool, which cascades down waterfalls, bends under bridges and winds its way through tropical landscapes to provide secluded hideouts and adventurous exploring. Spend the day lounging in peace at the adults only Serenity Pool, or meet the keiki (kids) at the lower pool featuring a graduated entry for safe, sunny fun. The pool is the envy of the islands and guests will be pampered with pineapple infused water, fresh towels and an occasional treat; or try one of the signature coolers from the Sunset Bar.

The resort is also home to a 30,000-square-foot spa, Spa Montage, with a state-of-the-art fitness facility, children’s center, Mahana Market and preferred access to some of the finest golf courses found in Maui—Kapalua's two championship courses. Additional services include a private concierge, including pre-arrival caretaking, as well as twice-daily housekeeping and grocery services.

The newly expanded all dining restaurant, Sunset Bar & Grill at Kapalua Bay, features signature “local” specialties, sourced locally.

Special Offers

For a limited time, the Residences at Kapalua Bay is offering several opening specials. Clients booking “Kapalua Discovery” rates will receive a one bedroom upgrade, daily breakfast and a $150 Kapalua Spa credit through April 2014.  The “My Kapalua Experience Package” includes a choice of golf, spa or dining credit, when clients book four nights or more.
