Starwood has redesigned its Stay at One, Play at
All program to create an expanded resort experience for Maui
guests. Offered at Sheraton Maui Resort, the Westin Maui Resort
& Spa and the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas, the plan
provides guests at all three properties access to shared benefits,
while ensuring that the facilities can be enjoyed to the full
extent by registered guests.
Brian Lynx, a Starwood director of sales and
marketing, noted that the concept maximizes convenience and
features numerous discounts for guests of all three Kaanapali
resorts.
“The response has been overwhelmingly positive from
guests at all of our Starwood Maui properties,” Lynx said. “They
truly appreciate the benefits of enjoying three resorts’ unique
qualities, and the ease in which we’ve made it for them.”
A “Stay at One, Play at All” card is presented at
check-in and provides an array of privileges at all three resorts.
Guests of any Maui Starwood property are encouraged to explore the
other properties. They’ll benefit from convenient centralized
billing at all resort restaurants and bars, making a meal at
another property as simple as signing the check to one’s room.
“The dining flexibility is definitely a highlight
of the program,” noted Lynx. “We know that guests have numerous
dining options in Kaanapali, and we make it extremely easy for them
to experience some of the best restaurants on the island.”
Additionally, children under 12 enjoy complimentary
meals at select restaurants when accompanied by a paid adult.
“Other dining highlights include discount
certificates for select restaurants at all three resorts, and, of
course, the simplicity of never having to bring your wallet with
you,” Lynx added.
A discounted resort rate at the championship
Kaanapali Golf Courses and signing privileges at Spa Helani at the
Westin Maui are also among the bonuses. Guests have easy access to
the Kaanapali resort area via a complimentary shuttle service
offered daily from 8 a.m.-10 p.m.
Several restrictions apply. To ensure that
registered guests can fully take a plunge, pool-sharing privileges
are not allowed. In addition, all applicable fees will be charged
for use of fitness and spa facilities.
